What about . . .

So where are Canada's Liberals in all this?

Well, in the middle of a leadership contest. I think they're down to about eight contenders currently, a mixed bag of party faithful, idealists and opportunists. Who is what I leave to the reader.

Lost Election

While Canada's "new" government makes much of it's minimal minority victory in the last election, truth is they did not 'win'. The liberals lost.

With a mixture of disconnected back-room thinking, missed opportunity, yielding the issues and some absolutely idiotic advertising the Liberals opened the door to Stephen Harper's foot. And like the pushy and unwelcome salesman, Harper barged in.

The Canadian Wheat Board
